Work is under way on the all new Atom Groom portfolio website! 2010 will bring the most dynamic yet simplistic (design) website my dot com has ever seen. For 2010, I’ll be utilizing WordPress to serve as a content management system and I’ll be building my custom theme around it.

WordPress is very slick and as a CMS it’s impressive. I’ve used it for years a blog, I’ve only read about it’s CMS capabilities. You can bet I’ll be using it more and more often for client sites as well.

The development of the site is coming together well! I am actually wrapping up most of the coding, testing, and framework tweaking. At this time I am doing a lot of “in-browser” design. Which to me is becoming the absolute best way to design a site, it’s really fun actually.

This is probably the most you’ll hear about it until it actually goes live! Be on the look out it’s coming. Along with a bunch of portfolio updates!
